1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
2. Non-returnable Items
- Software, consumables, and products with broken seals are not eligible.
3. Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.
